The Mobile UPS is a mobile, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) device that provides extended run-time for your on-board electronics, while not compromising the vehicle’s battery. You won’t have to worry about draining your vehicle’s battery as the Mobile UPS will automatically disconnect from the vehicle’s battery and switch to a backup battery supply.
For example, with the Mobile UPS, electronics such as computers or land mobile radios can have extended run-times on vehicles. With the ability to override the auto shut-offs, your personnel will not be left without their important equipment when they need it. In addition, backup battery supplies can be sized for the required run-times you require. With the Mobile UPS, vehicles do not need to keep idling while electronics are in use. The Mobile UPS is not limited to vehicles – there are many possible applications of using the Mobile UPS.

The Mobile UPS takes in two 12V inputs and 3 12V outputs. The first input is the main power source for your devices, such as plugging into the wall or a solar panel, while the second input is designated as the backup battery or a power generator. Outputs are the devices that run off the power source. When the main source of power reaches a certain threshold, the Mobile UPS will immediately turn off the main input and switch to the second input. At this point, the Mobile UPS will run the outputs according to a priority sequence set out by the user.
